We ship to the United States and the European Union.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

After your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 5–11 days. Some can take up to 2–3 weeks, especially during holidays and other busy periods. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, so delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you with a new estimated date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Taxes and import duties (European Union)

Prices shown to customers in the European Union include VAT and import duties. You won't have to pay anything extra on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take a few days for the first tracking update to appear.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change the address once your order has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
